Just under one acre, Little Brook Park is a great neighborhood park tucked away on a residential street very close to the busy Lake City Way N.E. A daylighted creek trickles along one edge of the park, and a large flat grass field takes up most of the park.
But, the well-designed playground probably draws the most visitors. Broken out into several sections based on age group, the play structures are in great condition and have a lot of fun features. There’s even an “infant maze” for the littlest ones, although the kiddos need to be able to stand to really play.
Several picnic tables and benches surround the play area, and the park is also lined with beautiful trees displaying fall colors right now.
