You’ll often spot a strange white vehicle entering and exiting Lake Union at the Sunnyside Ave. N. Boat Ramp just east of Gas Works Park. Ride the Ducks, the popular tourist attraction that every Seattle resident seems to have found themselves on at some point, launches their amphibious leg of the journey at this spot.
It’s also a convenient place to launch your own motorized boat or a muscle-powered boat.
