If you’re riding along the Burke-Gilman trail and the kids keep saying, “Are we there yet?,” instead of pushing on through the whines to Magnuson Park, stop off at Burke-Gilman Playground Park.
Located off Sand Point Way about halfway between University Village and Magnuson Park, this nice green space has a good playground and pleasant grass hills for a picnic.
This is also a good place to stop if the kids need to take a bathroom break… the restrooms are ADA and stroller accessible.
