The other city park that sits in the water, Magnolia Tidelands Park skirts almost the entire western edge of Magnolia.
This park is technically only accessible by kayak or canoe, but you can look at onto it from a few different sites in Magnolia. The best spot is from the 32nd Ave. W. park just west of Smith Cove.
