3001 E. Madison is a very precise address for a park that is hard to find because it is easily missed. You won’t find more than a long strip of grass and a careful row of trees, although they are are probably beautiful when full of leaves in the fall.
But, this is a great area for biking, running and walking between some wonderful parks. As you leave one of my favorite parks and cross E. Madison St., continue on Lake Washington Blvd. as it winds down toward the water to Lakeview Park. From there, you can continue to Denny Blaine Park or Viretta Park.
Around every corner is a great public space to explore in this part of Seattle.
