A strange rusted metal sculpture sticks up between a well-trimmed circular hedge in the middle of the tiny Crescent Place near Green Lake.
It looks like it has been keeping watch over that quiet street for a very long time, but I’m actually not sure what it really is. A piece of art? A decorative weather vane? A marker for one of Seattle’s smallest parks?
It’s a mystery.
