From Highland Place, continue your walk east along Queen Anne’s historic Highland Drive. You’ll bump into this park without realizing it, since it’s really just a strip of public right-of-way. The staircase that was littered in fall leaves when I visited will gain you access to more views on the upper streets.
Or, walk further along Highland Drive and try to find Bhy Kracke Park, one of my favorite secret viewpoints in Seattle.
