I really enjoy walking around Beacon Hill. In addition to good coffee shops and restaurants, there are so many interesting parks, many of them you feel like you have to yourself.
And, who wouldn’t want peace and quiet to enjoy the vista from the Twelfth Avenue South Viewpoint. Check out the views of West Seattle, SoDo, the stadiums and even a peek of downtown Seattle.
It’s definitely best in clear and sunny weather, but even on the drizzly day I visited, it was yet another neat thing to find on Beacon Hill.
