Despite being located next to the B.F. Day School, it seems like you’re more likely to see dogs than kids at B.F. Day Playground. It must have something to do with the concentration of dog owners vs. young families who live in this part of the Fremont neighborhood.
Besides being an unofficial dog park for the area, there is also a nice playground at this park. Much of the equipment is even accessible to kids with disabilities. You’ll also find a basketball court and a baseball/softball and soccer field.
It’s a fun place to play Frisbee on a warm day. Although, you might find yourself with a few additional players with wagging tails.
