Dozens of kids were already getting soaked in the colorful spray park when we arrived at Willis Tucker Park today. This great Snohomish County park is a huge draw for families with young kids. In addition to the spray area, there’s a net climber, swings, seesaws, a big sand area and an ADA-merry-go-round.
On a hot day this is a perfect place to spend some time. While kids cool off, parents can picnic in the shade under one of the covered areas filled with tables.
Bring bikes or stroll along the paved walking paths that leave from the play area. At the other end of the park is a seven-plus-acre off-leash dog area with both open areas and trees for shade.
The park also hosts regular events including a free summer outdoor movie series.
